Using this website

This site is operated by Hubbster Apparel & Embroidery, 141 Frontage Road, Pahrump, NV 89048. By using it you agree to these terms. The content here, including text, photographs and layout, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Quotes

Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us, and they are not a contract until you approve the order. Pricing can change if the garment, quantity, artwork, stitch count or deadline changes, or if supplier costs change before the order is placed. We will always tell you before anything is produced at a different price.

Your artwork

By sending us artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you agree to be responsible for any claim that the design infringes someone else's copyright or trademark. We may decline any job we believe infringes a third party's rights or that we are simply not comfortable producing.

We may photograph finished work for our portfolio and social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.

Proofs and approval

Where a proof is provided, production begins only after you approve it. Please review spelling, names, numbers, sizes and colors carefully. We cannot be responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof, and reprints for approved errors are billed as a new order.

Screen colors vary from printed and stitched colors, and garment dye lots vary between batches. Small variation is normal and is not a defect.

Turnaround and deadlines

Turnaround times begin after artwork approval and payment arrangements are settled. We work hard to hit every date we agree to, but supplier delays, equipment issues and garment availability can move a date. If your deadline is firm, tell us before you order so we can confirm it in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis and may include a deposit before production. Orders are paid in full before pickup or delivery unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Applicable Nevada sales tax is added where required.

Cancellations, returns and defects

Custom decorated goods are made to your specification and cannot be returned or restocked once production has started. If an order is canceled after production begins, you are responsible for the garments and labor already used.

If something is genuinely wrong on our end, a misprint, a stitching defect or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will repair, replace or refund the affected pieces. Please keep the items; we may need to see them.

Customer-supplied garments

We are happy to decorate items you provide, but we cannot guarantee results on unknown fabrics and we are not able to replace customer-supplied garments that are damaged during production. We recommend supplying a spare.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or missed events.
