What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the name, email address, phone number and job details you choose to give us. We do not ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this site.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and browser information, for security and reliability purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels, which is why you are not seeing a cookie banner. Only cookies strictly necessary to serve the site may be used. If we ever add analytics or marketing tracking, we will update this policy and add the appropriate consent controls first.

Our contact page embeds a Google Map. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to prepare your quote, answer your questions, and complete your order. That is it. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Email communications

Emails we send in response to your request are transactional: they relate directly to your inquiry or order. If we ever send promotional email, it will only go to people who explicitly opted in, it will identify us and our mailing address, and every message will include a working unsubscribe link that we honor promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

Who else sees your information

Service providers that help us run this site and our email, such as our web host and email delivery provider, process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and order records as long as needed to serve you and to meet normal business and tax record requirements, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email andrea@myhubbster.com or call (775) 910-1605 and we will take care of it. Nevada residents may also direct us not to sell their covered personal information; we do not sell it in the first place.

Children

This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
